Top Job Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced health and social care recruitment consultant to join our flourishing Colchester city center office.

We currently have a "warm care" division that recruits both permanent and temporary employees around the United Kingdom.

As a recruitment consultant, you will be in charge of sourcing individuals for client companies for both temporary and permanent employment vacancies. The position serves as a critical point of contact between candidates and clients. It entails attracting business from clients through the use of sales, business development, and marketing tactics.
