Top Job Recruitment are looking for enthusiastic and caring people to work for our client in Harwich.

Our client is a Step-Down care centre which cares for patients that have recently come out of the hospital and need full-time care before returning home.

Shift Patterns are 3 on 3 off with an extra shift on week 4. 

Main Duties-

  • Support service users with daily tasks and personal care such as dressing, washing, and eating.
  • Assisting senior members of staff with medication rounds.
  • Keeping a clear record of the resident’s recovery and reporting concerns back to senior members of staff.
  • Working well in a team to ensure the service users get the best possible care.
  • Making sure all resident’s wishes and preferences are listened to ensure the best possible recovery.

Requirements-

  • Previous experience in a similar care setting.
  • Active team player but also able to work on their own initiative.
  • A good communicator.
  • Sensitive to the needs of others.
  • Able to work up to 40 hours per week a all night shifts.
