Job Description:
Are you a caring and compassionate individual eager to make a meaningful difference in people's lives? Join us as a Home Care Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting individuals needing assistance, enabling them to maintain independence and dignity in their familiar home environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide empathetic personal care services such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and general personal care, respecting their needs.
• Ensure client safety through mobility assistance and transfers.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals based on dietary requirements, promoting healthy eating habits.
• Engage in companionship activities, fostering meaningful social interactions.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs as per healthcare professionals' directions.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces.
• Offer transportation assistance for appointments, shopping, or recreational outings.
• Maintain accurate records of daily interactions and document client care activities.
• Stay updated on individual care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the care team.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills, establishing trust and rapport with clients.
• A genuine passion for caring for others, with an empathetic and patient nature.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation.
