Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Housekeeper to work at a Residential Care Setting based on the outskirts of Colchester

The company provides the best Elderly and Dementia care to its residents in a lovely environment and aims to be one of the best homes in the area.

Job Role:

• To provide a homely and safe environment for elderly residents including those with dementia so they can enjoy the most independent life as possible.
• Keep the house clean and tidy. 
• To work collaboratively with other team members in a range of flexible rota arrangements, days nights, weekends and bank holiday.
• Bring to the attention of the manager of the home any matter, which will improve health & safety within the home.
• Shift patterns involved: Monday to Friday 8am – 3pm

Skills required:

• Hold a full UK license due to the location of the home
• Be self-motivation, organized, flexible and caring
• Active team player but also able to work on own initiative
