Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Group HR Administrator to support a family run bsuiness in Clacton. The main purpose of the role will be to support the HR team with all administrative  duties, in particular  recruitment including offer letters and contracts in a timely and accurate manner and to support in the new HR system implementation.

General Responsibilities

  • Creating offer letters, terms and conditions and probation letters
  • Maintain and update employee files, collect any outstanding information or documents
  • Assistance with recruitment, such as advertising, arranging interviews, reference requests, liaising with agencies
  • Support in the implementation of the new HR system
  • Support with charity initiatives
  • Responsibility for ensuring accurate and up to date Job Descriptions
  • Admin support employee comms
  • Assisting in coordinating Group employee events such as the Christmas party, and Fund raising events

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Solid understanding of MS Office
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to ensure confidentiality
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • HR Administration experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of HR related issues such as Employment Law and best practice

Salary: 

£19,000 - £20,000 per annum
