HR Advisor (Temporary/Fixed Term)
22.5 hours per week
£24-33k per annum (Pro rata)

We are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join a busy team in Colchester on a fixed term contract until March 2021. The role requires someone who is CIPD qualified with extensive experience in a HR environment and previous HR experience within a Healthcare organisation.

Duties:
•    Providing efficient and proactive generalist HR advice to managers and staff across the business
•    Assist managers with the monitoring and management of staff absences 
•    Effective administrative support in any HR related queries
•    Maintain effective links with the payroll provider
•    Attend meetings as HR representative
•    Hold Interviews 
•    Support managers with recruitment 
•    Develop effective workforce information systems and run regular reports as and when required
•    Ensuring all HR policies are kept up to date
•    Provide any necessary training
•    Undertaking any HR Projects

Qualifications:
•    CIPD Level qualified
