I am pleased to tell you that we are currently recruiting for our client based in Witham specialising in car insurance, looking for a full-time Insurance advisor to join their team.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To confirm insurance quotation details or policy information with the customer, ensure that cover is suitable for their requirements before initiating cover, monitor that adequate levels of cover are applied and suitable insurers have been selected to undertake the risk
• Responsible for the efficient handling of new business and renewal transactions,
• Preparation and distribution of accurate documentation to existing and new customers
• To make amendments to existing policies and cancellation of live policies where required
• Providing a comprehensive and professional service at all times adhering to company, industry and regulatory guidelines and procedures
• Liaise with our Insurer panel to negotiate and obtain new business and renewal quotations/terms/referrals
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative

BENEFITS

• Additional £100 per month bonus (target driven)
• Attendance bonus of £250 paid every 6 months
• 28 days holiday increased by a further 4 days with long service
• Office situated in a highly picturesque venue within Witham

 Working hours (40 hours per week):

2 days                                9.00 – 5.45

3 days                                9.00 – 5.30

Every other Sat                9.00 – 12.45 (this will allow for a half day in the week)

Salary:             £19,600 per annum
