Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Trainee Insurance Advisor for a company based in Croydon, London.

Our client deals with insurance for Landlords, Salons, Commercial Properties and Tradesmen.

As a Trainee Insurance Advisor you will be money driven, and you would have ideally worked towards targets previously, it is desirable that you would of worked in a sales environment previously also.

Trainee Insurance Advisor Job Role

• Inbound customer service calls
• Outbound new business calls, reaching out to ex customers and potential customers who have shown interest through the website or have requested a call back

Trainee Insurance Advisor Skills Required

• Drive to earn bonuses
• Experience working towards targets
• Customer service experience
• Experience working in a sales environment

Trainee Insurance Advisor Additional information

• Hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch
• Good transport links office location close to Croydon station
• Basic salary £23,300 however there are uncapped bonus’ it is realistically achievable to earn an extra £400 a month however there are exceptional achievers who earn an extra £1000 a month once they have been with the company a while and are more experienced.
