The company provide equipment, technology, and systems the produce the purest water and treat the most challenging wastewater in the industry

As the IT Systems Specialist you will be responsible for restoring devices to full operational use when an incident occurs that renders the hardware unstable, damaged, destroyed, or exhibits degraded performance.

IT Systems Specialist Job Role

• Correction of hardware faults via repair or replacement (in case of loss or damage), configuration of software loads, and transfer of user data to replacement device.
• Responsible include hardware and software installation and removal.
• Install and configure software and computer systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware
• Troubleshoot PC issues remotely
• Walk colleagues through steps to help them resolve their technical problems
• Support the implementation of new solutions or applications
• Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems
• Troubleshoot general network infrastructure problems including networking equipment, printers, PC/Server hardware, etc.
• Escalate to 2nd and 3rd level support on server or network related problems

IT Systems Specialist Skills Required:

• Experince with 1^st and 2^nd line IT support
• Excellent communication skills
• Work a 37.5 hour week but could be more if required
