THE ROLE

A new opportunity has arisen for a Litigator with experience in insolvency. The successful candidate would join our long-established, highly successful insolvency team. The team have fantastic client relationships and a strong reputation being the largest specialist team of its kind in the area. Due to the team’s increased workload, we are now looking to bring in a new addition to the team who can hit the ground running. You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least some insolvency experience and general litigation experience but with a willingness to specialise in this niche area. The role requires the need to be self-motivated, flexible, organised and with a drive and passion to deliver in our established team. You will have experience of independently running your own case load from start to finish and excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
