I am currently recruiting for our client based in Earls Colne.
The ideal candidate would have experience of working in a fast paced general engineering workshop. Press brake setting and operating would be advantageous although not absolutely necessary as progression can be made from the assembly process on to these machines.
About the job:
Machining, fitting, and assembly of material & parts to Specification in the safest and most efficient manner. Comply with the Company's health and safety rules/regulations and help ensure compliance by all who enter or work at the Company's premises. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the Production Dept. And other areas.
Ensure plant, equipment and buildings are properly maintained, advising the Production Supervisor of any deterioration or damage at the earliest opportunity.

Currently working day shift although at times of increased demand shift work will be required plus overtime where necessary.
Day shift:
Mon-Thurs: 07:00 – 16:00 Fri: 07:00 – 13:00 unpaid 1/2hr lunch + 2x 15mins paid breaks Total = 40hrs
