Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Marketing Coordinator 3 / 4 days a week with the possibility of some home working, for a company based in Braintree.

Our client specialises in the supply of Engineering Cutting Tools and has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join their team.

As a Marketing Coordinator you will be involved in and responsible for a wide range of marketing activities and working on multiple campaigns across many mediums (website, brochures, print, digital marketing).

Marketing Coordinator Job Role

  • Collaborate with internal graphic designers to develop and oversee the production of promotional flyer artwork, POS, digital assets
  • Coordinate the logistics of sales support collateral
  • Service the sales team on their customer’s artwork requests
  • Manage the administrative function of the department, liaising with external suppliers
  • Plan and coordinate trade events
  • Provide assistance to customers with up to date digital assets & product information
  • Keeping multiple WordPress websites functioning and up to date with new blogs and product content.
  • Work with Marketing Manager to plan, manage & execute marketing activities
  • Plan & execute marketing EDMs to various groups

Marketing Coordinator Skills Required

  • A qualification in marketing or business
  • Experience working within marketing or business development at least 2 years
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills, strong computer literacy and some experience working with databases.
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to deadline
  • Willing to learn and have a 'can-do' outlook
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan and organise themselves
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working within Salesforce platform is highly regarded
