Top Job Recruitment is very excited to be looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join an independent business with an international client base due to their client expansion.

If you have experience with designing automated/robotic machinery, then this could be the ideal role for you

Job Role:

• Assisting the team of a small company to meet new opportunities and expand business with existing customers.
• Assisting with the task of assembling the designed machinery
• Designing new machinery using AutoCad, 3D – Solid Works
• Carry out installations of new machinery on client's own site.
• Servicing of our machinery, usually on the client’s own site

Skill Needed:

• Problem solver, with a ‘can-do ‘attitude.
• Communicator, quick to understand an engineering idea or requirement and turn this into reality.
• Experienced designer with HNC engineering qualification is desirable but practical experience and sound knowledge would override this requirement.
• Full driving license
• Some UK and International travel required rarely
• Experience with AutoCad, 3D – Solid Works would be an advantage
• Experience with PLC programming is an advantage
