Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Metal Fabricator for our client based in their factory in Maldon, Essex.

Our client specialises in the manufacture of EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) and RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) Shielding materials.

As a Metal Fabricator you will work within the Vent & Filter Department. You will need great dexterity and attention detail and the technical knowhow to read technical drawings and troubleshoot issues or flaws to meet final product specifications.

Metal Fabricator Job Role

• Experience with using various types of industrial saws such as circular saws, band saws, chop saws etc
• Ideally have basic woodworking skills as they will be called on from time to time to make packing crates
• Other duties include drilling, the use of insert guns and general grinding and mopping duties on aluminium sections
• Work in a timely manner
• Comply with health and safety standard’s

Metal Fabricator Skills Required

• At least 1 year of practical relevant experience would be preferred
