Top Job Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator to work in Colchester Town. As a Mortgage administrator you will responsible for providing support to the sales team, case managing files accurately within time scales and offer excellent customer service at all times.

Duties;

  • Checking mortgage applications for errors that have been submitted to lenders by mortgage advisors
  • Uploading client documents to lenders websites
  • Liaising with lenders to pre-empt requirements on mortgage applications
  • Case handling for the client, to ensure their application is dealt with efficiently
  • Chasing lenders to push the mortgage application to offer issued stage
  • Having own client pipeline
  • Regularly updating clients and new developments on the progress of their applications
  • Obtaining mortgage offer extensions for new build cases
  • Obtaining amended offers when circumstances change
  • Hitting mortgage offer targets and timescale targets
  • Working in a small supportive team, where there is always someone on hand to help

Requirements;

  • Previous admin experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Computer literate & able to use all MS office packages
  • Self motivated and professional

Salary: £22,000 per annum + performance bonus (£30,000 OTE)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
