Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Paint Sprayer for a manufacturing company based in Colchester.

The company designs and builds a range of offshore multipurpose products, their manufactured items can be customised to perform any job that requires a reliable, safe, comfortable, and fast performance.

As the Paint Sprayer, you would be responsible for spray painting finished composite boat parts

Paint Sprayer Job Role:

• Apply masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be coated.
• Select and mixes coating liquid to produce the desired colour.
• Pour coating liquid into a spray container and connects gun to the air hose.
• Turn sprayer valves and nozzle to regulate the width and pressure of spray.
• Use various spray guns and related equipment to apply primer, paint, or other coatings to surfaces.
• Operate, cleans, and maintains paint booths and mixing room, including pressure and temperature controls.
• Ensure aesthetics and safety in the final result of the painting process.
• Clean spraying equipment with solvent.

• A small amount of paint spraying is required
• Capable of standing for long periods of time; repetitive use of hands and arms. Ability to walk; climb, or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Required to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 75 pounds.
• Required to visually see up close, at a distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
