Top Job Recruitment are currently looking for a Night Support Worker to work in a Therapeutic Children’s Home in Canvey Island.

The company are an independent Therapeutic service in Canvey island that supports teenagers from 8 to 18 year olds with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, Mental Health issues, and any other additional needs.

Job Role

• Supporting young adults within a Homely environment.
• Working Adhoc shifts which are 20:00 to 08:00 and occasional weekends will be required. 
• Working with care plans set out to each individual to provide the best quality of care and support.
• Interact with service users at all times to promote independence and ensure they are safe at all times, cleaning and record-keeping is required.

Requirements

• Applicants are required to have previous experience providing Care/Support to individuals with Mental Health problems or be willing to learn.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Desirable)
• Own vehicle and Full UK Driving License
• Be compassionate and a caring nature
• Possess good communication skills
