Position: Office Administrator
Location: Office-based (no remote working)
Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (40 hours/week, 30-minute unpaid break)
We are supporting a well-established kitchen manufacturer in their search for a highly organised Office Administrator. This is a varied and hands-on role, responsible for managing the end-to-end order process, from supplier confirmations through to customer delivery and aftercare. Ideal for someone with excellent coordination and admin skills, and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
Order & Delivery Coordination:
Manage the full lifecycle of orders—from supplier confirmation to final customer delivery
Log and review order confirmations, ensuring accuracy and highlighting discrepancies
Liaise with suppliers and customers to schedule deliveries and resolve order issues
Organise returns, raise reject notes for damaged or incorrect products, and follow through to ensure credits are received
Maintain accurate delivery schedules and communicate updates across the office and factory teams
Conduct checks on orders ahead of arrival to reduce errors or delays
Kitchen Order Processing & Design Support:
Assist in processing kitchen orders from plans and specifications provided by retail and developer clients
Learn to interpret kitchen plans and specifications
Use quoting systems and design software (such as ArtiCAD) to prepare layouts and assist with planning
Liaise with customers to clarify and confirm design requirements
General Office Duties:
Answer phones, scan, file, and print documents
Prepare and dispatch post and courier deliveries
Provide weekly invoicing support and distribute daily schedules to the factory
Maintain office cleanliness and support in day-to-day running, including refreshments and housekeeping tasks
Contribute to other ad hoc duties as required to meet business needs
Excellent organisational and administrative skills

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-oriented environment

This is a fully office-based position due to the nature of the work and close collaboration with the factory and team. Remote or flexible working is not available.
Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (no evenings or weekends)
Holiday: 30 days annual leave including 8 bank holidays (January to December)
5 days must be reserved for the Christmas shutdown (approx. 1.5 weeks)
Probation: 6-month probation period
