Top Job are currently seeking a Packing Manager to work with one of our exclusive clients in Witham, this role is to manage the packing team and ensure all deadlines are met on time.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To help ensure the team are working at a high productivity level
• Assisting with stock and product orders
• Liaise with the operations manager for daily targets
• Ensure all orders are printed off correctly and for the picking team from all online channels
• Assisting the team by checking stock levels and locating products
• To ensure the post is booked in each day and on time ready for collection
• Be flexible with other duties which may be required in line with operational requirements.
• Responsible key holder for the business premises, ensuring the building is fully secure
• Liaise with Purchasing manager on stock levels

SKILLS

• Copes well under pressure
• Managerial Experience
• Positive attitude
• Good organization skills
• Must be able to drive due to location

SALARY: £22-25k per annum dependant on experience

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 6am-3pm (overtime as and when required)
