Top Job Recruitment are currently recruiting for a experienced Parts Advisor at a car garage based in Colchester. The company are a busy and reputable garage that prides itself on providing high quality, timely and reliable service to its customers.

If you have keen eye for detail who can work efficiently as part of a fast-paced team, and is able to deliver outstanding customer service every time, then this could be the job for you

You should have previous experience within a car dealership, good customer service skills and a working knowledge of workshop procedures. You will also be required to work 1 Saturday per month

Job Role:

•             Establishing customers’ needs for required parts through conversations, diagnosis and recommendations as appropriate;

•             Delivering exceptional customer service to customers;

•             Receiving, recording and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers;

•             Assisting parts stock checks;

•             Liaising and maintaining a brilliant working relationship with the manufacturer;

•             Being fully conversant with procedures within the parts department;

•             Build long-term rapport with local customers

•             Limit credits and returns by ordering and sending the right parts, first time

•             Punctual, organised and efficient whilst working towards deadlines

•             Pro-active and enthusiastic when speaking with customers

•             Demonstrate empathy towards customers
