Top Job Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Payroll Officer for our client based in Colchester.

Our client is one of the leading furniture manufacturers operating in the UK and have gained an enviable reputation for creating stylish furniture.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract due to start in January 2021.

Job Role

Reconcile/authorize overtime sheets as supplied by Departmental Supervisors
Process sickness/absence and holiday records
Maintain system with leavers/joiners
Prepare pay slips, deal with P45’s/P60’s
Ensure that all purchase orders and supplier invoices are attached and processed accurately
Deal with supplier queries
Investigate and resolve credit balances ensuring allocation is kept up to date
Other duties delegated by the Finance Manager when requested

Requirements

Sales Ledger knowledge
Purchase Ledger knowledge
Excellent excel knowledge
