I am currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to work for an established investment company.  The business has a portfolio of companies that are rapidly expanding and require a knowledgeable professional to work for their CEO and board of directors. To apply for this role you must have a good understanding of the finance industry and an interest and understanding of all aspects of the business.

The primary duties of this role will be to run multiple projects at any one time. You will manage and complete multiple tasks across the group moving the focus away from the CEO.

The successful candidate must be a completer finisher, paying attention to the small detail and have experience within a financial or legal background. You will be highly efficient and organised, developing relationships with the key personnel in the business taking decisive action and solving problems accordingly.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the CEO’s email inbox proactively and deal with issues as and when they occur taking decisive independent action.
  • Assist the CEO in managing multiple projects to ensure they are executed on time and with budget
  • Form relationships with key personnel in the business
  • Be the key point of contact between the CEO and key personnel to reduce current workload
  • Be proactive in making suggestions to improve processes across the business

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience and track record in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions by using own initiative
  • Good understanding of the business model
  • Extremely confident and have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Solid experience with office management systems and MS Office
  • A critical thinker with good problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information

Skills Testing:

DISC personality test

Reports to: CEO

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Part time hours)

Place of work: Home based with visits to Head Office as and when required

Salary: up to £45k (dependant on hours and experience)
