Our client is looking for an experienced PA to the Chief Underwriting Officer at one of the top syndicates at Lloyds. If successful you will be required for an immediate start and based in the city of London E15. It will be based on a fixed term contract until October 2019 with the potential of a permanent placement. Summary of the role • Attending meetings and taking minutes (experience essential) • Typing up and distributing minutes of meetings • Diary management • Arranging meetings • Monitoring of emails • Full administration support • Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point) • Liaising with all relevant • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Efficient, organised, capable to multitask and well presented • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information • Flexible team player with positive attitude £150-£175 per day
