Top Job Recruitment are looking for a  Production Operative for a company based in Clacton – on – sea.

The company have been manufacturing for 50 years and pride themselves on supplying over 1000 different parts worldwide.

As the Production Operative your role would be to prepare & clean miniature electronic components so they are ready for testing & shipping to customers.

Production Operative Job Role:

  • To prepare and clean miniature electronic components, with quality of work being your priority always.
  • To gradually learn to clean / prepare for testing all component types and slowly increase the quantity of work produced over the 3-month trial period whilst maintaining quality.
  • To be flexible enough to learn skills in other Departments, this will involve the assembly & testing of miniature electronic components.

Production Operative Skills Required:

  • No experience necessary as full Training will be given.
  • Ability to follow instructions and master new skills quickly.
  • Good concentration span.
  • Attention to detail.
  •  
  • Excellent hand/eye coordination.
  • The candidate will be expected to be capable of being trained to a high standard of quality as the components are delicate & of high value.
  • Able to work independently and as a team member.
  • Punctual, reliable and a good team player.
