We are currently recruiting for motivated Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Colchester. This is a hands-on role playing a key part in ensuring production processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

• Full UK Driving License required

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the manufacturing and assembly of products
• Follow production processes and maintain quality standards
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organised working environment
• Work effectively across rotating shift patterns
• Support the wider production team to meet output targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Positive, proactive team player
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when required

Salary:

• Starting salary £28,500 (with £500 increases per competent station: Print, Zünd, Router, Vinyl, Fabrication)

Shift Pattern:

• Monday - Friday
• 6:00am - 2:30pm
• 1:30pm - 10:00pm
