Our client based in Colchester who is a well-known food manufacturer based in Severalls Industrial Estate.

The role reports directly to the Manager. As a key member of the production team, you will be assisting in the preparation, packing, processing and finish of products ready for distribution

This job will include the following:

• Heavy lifting in certain areas
• Working within cold and warm environments
• Distribution, stock control, quality management.
• Working towards orders and targets
• General cleanliness

You will need to have:

• Previous food production experience, This is not essential but will be at an advantage for your application, training will be provided should you have the following attributes.  
• Strong communication skills;
• Good attention to detail and excellent cleanliness standards
• Ability to communicate and deliver quality service and to be adaptable under the pressure of tight deadlines;
• Able to work in cold working environments

This will be an ongoing role working Monday – Friday with the following shifts available

5:00am – 14:00pm

6:00am- 15:00pm

8:00am-16:00pm
