Top Job Recruitment are currently seeking a Project Account Manager to work for a Construction company based in Clacton-On-Sea. This is a great opportunity to be part of a tight knit team in the local area.

Main Purpose of the Job:

To advise and assist clients in the purchase of our products and services from the initial enquiry/tender through to the completion of the project.

To create further growth and to help identify future opportunities. Preparing projects ready to handover to the project department manager for installation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Taking and qualifying initial Enquiries, via Telephone and email.
• Processing Tender requests received Main and Sub-Contractors.
• Building relationships with existing and new customer bases.
• Undertaking basic site surveys to capture dimensions to allow accurate pricing and design of solutions.
• Obtaining and negotiating prices with suppliers.
• Project Management
• Attending pre-start meetings/contract negotiation meetings when required
• Completing set activity lists
• Account relationship Building
• Completing sales in accordance with business targets

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm/ 9am-5.30pm

Salary: £25-32k + benefits (dependant on experience)
