Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Project Management Office Coordinator for a company based in Colchester, Essex. Our client deliveries services for the NHS and social care.

As a Project Management Office Coordinator you will ensure projects are run seamlessly, and that information and documentation is available in the right format and when needed.

Project Management Office Coordinator Job Role

  • -Scheduling of meetings and taking minutes during meetings.
  • Maintaining and updating project documentation.
  • Communicating to stakeholders with information request, plan and updates of reports.
  • Support in coordination and planning of the project.
  • Diary management and support with all administrative tasks.

Project Management Office Coordinator Skills Required

  • Manage time effectively
  • Desirable if you have previous project management experience but not essential

Project Management Office Coordinator other information

  • Hybrid role work between your home and the Colchester head office
  • 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday on a temporary basis however the requirements at the moment are for around 8-12 weeks
  • £14 an hour however this is depending on experience (could be more for the right candidate)
