Project Manager Estimator:

Top Job Recruitment are advertising for an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager Estimator to join a well established Construction company within the Essex Region.

The Project Manager Estimator will be responsible for the successful accurate estimating and delivery of all projects.

These responsibilities include:
Ability to agree and develop a programme of works with the client.
Develop and ensure the accuracy of prices provided to the client.
Liaise and co-ordinate with other service providers to enhance our delivery to the client
Authoritative communication and control of workforce.
Developing and maintaining a detailed control of delivery in line with the project plan and project Monitoring project progress and performance.
Liaison with updates and progress to the directors when required.
Effective engagement and communication with the client to ensure an effective project delivery.

Project Manager/Estimator Essential requirements:
A full clean driving licence is essential
Self-motivated and focused
Estimating knowledge of the building industry
Project delivery experience
Computer literate with experience using excel, outlook
Excellent communication skills
Proven control of workforce
Skilled trade background an advantage but not essential
