Top Job Recruitment are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work alongside an established Property Service business who work across the Essex and Suffolk region.

You will be working with both domestic and commercial customers, delivering a host of trade services on behalf of Private Landlords, Letting, Estate & Block Management companies, as well as Councils, Housing Associations and Commercial Landlords and Property Managers. Working alongside Estimators and Surveyors you will be managing a team of Engineers ensuring that you maintain a friendly and professional experience. 

The work will consist of housing extensions and renovations, along with planning and handing over larger developments to the Council.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Project Manager, managing a team of Engineers and a previous in overseeing property service projects.
