Our Client seeks an adept Project Manager to bolster their team. You'll spearhead tailored projects from inception to fruition, ensuring top-notch client service and favourable commercial outcomes while upholding safety standards. From quoting to completion, you'll orchestrate diverse projects with finesse. The ideal candidate exudes leadership, boasts stellar communication skills, and boasts a track record of punctual, budget-conscious project deliveries.

Your primary responsibilities include:

Acting as the company's ambassador in client interactions and project execution.

Supervising on-site personnel and overseeing crucial administrative functions.

Serving as the company's liaison for internal and external project matters.

Guaranteeing the safe and compliant completion of all tasks in accordance with health and safety protocols.

Regularly updating directors on contract statuses.

Preparing and managing project documentation.

Participating in site meetings and collaborating with site supervisors and team members.

Daily resource management and prompt reporting of any issues to directors.

Understanding client needs and ensuring their fulfilment to their satisfaction.

Job Specifications:

Type: Full-time

Salary: £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday

Management Experience: 5 years (mandatory)

Work Location: Colchester, Essex, and surrounding areas
