Property Lawyer – Boutique Firm

Salary: Depending on experience, up to six figures
Hours: 9am – 6pm (flexibility required depending on workload)
Location: Easily accessible via the Central Line, with parking available

The Opportunity
Our client, a boutique law firm specialising in both commercial and residential property, is looking to appoint an experienced lawyer to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone coming from a larger City firm who now seeks a more personal, boutique environment, or for those with previous experience in a similar firm.

The firm works with a high-end client base where service quality is the priority, rather than volume. This role offers the chance to make a genuine impact in a growing practice.

The Role
You will be involved in a wide range of property work, which may include:

  • Commercial and residential sales and purchases

  • Drafting and negotiating leases

  • Landlord and tenant matters

  • Development projects and secured lending

As the role develops, you may also take on client relationship management, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the firm’s growth.

The Candidate

  • Minimum of two years’ property law experience (commercial, residential, or both)

  • Qualified solicitor preferred, but experienced conveyancers will also be considered

  • Strong technical skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with a client-focused approach

  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage caseloads independently

  • A motivated team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
