Top Job Recruitment is looking for a Quality Assurance Co-Ordinator to work with one of our clients who are children’s home provider based in Kent and surrounding areas.
Your main role will be to work across all 14 homes and complete mock inspections and report to the responsible individual where improvements can be made against the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- -Work alongside the responsible individual in meeting requirements to keep up the best quality of care for the Children. -Review monthly Reg 44 inspections and reports across all homes. -Oversee the Registered Managers Regulation 45 and review the quality of care given and give feedback. -Oversee and inspect the recruitment process under the Safer Recruitment Guidance. -Complete monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). -Promote the views and wishes of children. -Build relationships with external partners and inform all parties about all new business opportunities. -Assist the Responsible Individual with the development of staff teams. -Complete on-call duties when required. -Practice effective safeguarding and undertake risk assessment reviews. -Demonstrate a good knowledge of health and safety. -Case track children and review their quality of care.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS- -Full UK Driving license. -Strong knowledge of the Children’s Home Regulations 2015. -Management training and experience. -Relevant Child related/ Social Care qualifications. -Experience in managing services for children and young people. -Good organisational and time management skills.
