Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Quality Assurance Controller for a company based in  Clacton – on – sea.

The company have been manufacturing for 50 years and pride themselves on supplying over 1000 different parts worldwide.

As the Quality Assurance Controller you will be responsible for the inspection and testing of materials from suppliers and production batches taken from all departments

Quality Assurance Controller Job Role:

• Make recommendations to remove ambiguity to work/inspection methods.
• Reporting (potential) faults to Operators, Production/Test Supervisor(s), Engineers and QA/QC
• Officer(s) to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Assist with the creation of change notes, concessions & work instructions
• Assist with management of corrective & preventive actions
• Assist with conducting internal audits
• Assist as necessary with customer & supplier returns
• Assist with (basic) customer compliance enquiries such as RoHS, REACh and ISO
• There is a necessity to multi-task in both roles. The role is expected to be split 80:20 QC:QA. The majority of duties require working very closely with Operators, Supervisors, Engineers and QA/QC Officer(s).

Quality Assurance Controller Experince Required:

• A production background is preferred but full training will be given
• Good eye for detail and working methodically
• Able to follow instructions (written & verbal)
• Basic PC literacy (working with windows, spread-sheets, word processing and forms typically)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
