Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Quality Control Technician for a food manufacturing company based in Woodbridge

As the Quality Control Technician you would be supporting the Technical Department Team through auditing and recording findings of inspections


Quality Control Technician Job Role:

  • Ensure that all documentation is completed correctly
  • To ensure that any corrective actions are followed up and closed out.
  • To ensure that products meet customer specifications.
  • Report all necessary matters to the Quality Assurance Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager ensuring that he/she is fully aware of relevant production, personnel, quality and relevant issues.
  • Check to ensure staff adhere to stated hygiene and personal hygiene policies.
  • Check critical control parameters within process area of work in the factory.
  • Check quality and adherence to specification of finished products
  • Assist in customer visits and audits.
  • Aid in formulation of new and amended procedures and their implementation
  • Co-ordinate the work of operatives on the line, making sure care is upheld while production is running.
  • To complete intakes of meat, ingredients, and packaging to ensure that all meet supplier specifications.
  • To complete background checks on equipment and factory environment to ensure that all comply with requirements, are in good working order and fit for purpose.

Quality Control Technician Experince Needed:

  • Experience working as a QC in a poultry- food manufacturing environment
  • Happy to work - 14:30pm – 23:00pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Good team player
