Top Job Recruitment are actively working with a UK leading Housebuilder specialising in the new build residential sector. With a strong presence in Essex, the client are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to contribute to their growing success.
Location: Colchester, Essex Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quantity surveying for multiphase residential projects. • Manage the financial aspects of projects, ensuring cost control and adherence to budget constraints. • Provide valuable insights on project costs, advising on cost-effective solutions. • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
The Quantity Surveyor must have/be:
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or construction related courses • Minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience • Experience working for a developer/housebuilding
