Recruitment Administrator Requirements

• Knowledge of the Health & Social Care sector compliance or similar
• Advertising vacancies through various job boards and social media
• Conducting Pre Screens and Interviews with candidates using Job Sites and all new applicants that register
• Obtaining Reference’s and DBS checks
• Undertaking relevant training such as GDPR Regulations , policies and procedures with CQC and Ofsted
• Booking in suitable candidates for Training courses
• Excellent communication skills
• Happy to pick up the phone

Hours of work are 8:30-5:00pm Monday to Thursday and early finish on Fridays!
