Recruitment Administrator Requirements
- Knowledge of the Health & Social Care sector compliance or similar
- Advertising vacancies through various job boards and social media
- Conducting Pre Screens and Interviews with candidates using Job Sites and all new applicants that register
- Obtaining Reference’s and DBS checks
- Undertaking relevant training such as GDPR Regulations , policies and procedures with CQC and Ofsted
- Booking in suitable candidates for Training courses
- Excellent communication skills
- Happy to pick up the phone

Hours of work are 8:30-5:00pm Monday to Thursday and early finish on Fridays!
