Job Role:

  • Generating candidate attraction
  • Screening candidates
  • Promoting vacancies and generating interest for roles on social media
  • Coordinating and attending interviews
  • Onboarding candidates and supporting the induction process
  • Pre-employment checks including DBS, medical clearance and references
  • Providing advice and support regarding recruitment and selection matters as required
  • Working closely with the HR team to monitor staffing levels across the Group
  • Generating recruitment and other management reports
  • Processing starters, changes in contracts and leavers
  • Payroll Administration and processing
  • Supporting the absence management process
  • Managing HR files
  • General administration duties as required

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a recruitment
  • Committed to both their own learning and development and the mentorship and development of their HR Colleagues.
  • Friendly, approachable and a real team player
  • Forge successful relationships with staff and managers
  • Provide sound advice, guidance and support which is compliant with current employment legislation.
  • They will be able to use their own initiative and work to conflicting priorities in a busy, fast paced, multi-site environment whilst still maintaining high standards of accuracy / attention to detail and remaining calm and approachable.
