Top Job Recruitment are currently looking for a Registered Children’s Home Manager specialising with EBD and Challenging Behaviours for our client based in Bromley
Our client is looking for either a current Registered Manager of either a Children's or Adults Residential Setting.
If you are currently a Registered Manager of an Adults residential service regulated by CQC our client will take you on as a Deputy Manager and after 6 - 12 months of training promote you to Registered Manager of an Ofsted Regulated Service.
They will also need to be confident at running a residential settings too high standards and Maintain a Good to Outstanding rating consistently.
Job role
• Registered Manager with Ofsted for a Young Peoples Residential 7 Bed. • Development & performance management • Maintaining staff training and Ofsted requirements • Working with the local authorities for placing service users into their service appropriately • Overall running of the home including budgeting and service user satisfaction
Requirements
• 2 years’ experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager of a Young Peoples Service ages 8 -18 or Adults CQC • Strong knowledge of Ofsted or CQC Regulations • Level 5 Qualification in Leadership & Management • Excellent verbal & written communication skills • Proven track record with Good to Outstanding with Ofsted or CQC
