Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Registered Manager to work in an EBD home in Newhaven. The home has been running for a while now and is currently rated Good with some 'Outstanding' features.

Job role

• Registered Manager with Ofsted for a Young Peoples Residential 4 Bed Home located in Birmingham. 
• The salary on offer is up to £45,000 plus a £6,000 Ofsted bonus if you receive a 'Good' or ' Outstanding' rating.
• Development & performance management of  ‘Excellent’ service.
• To manage the home in compliance with OFSTED, legislation, and the ethos and policies of the company.
• To protect the young people from harm in and outside the home.
• To ensure that the home meets the needs of the individual young people and the needs of the group.
• Working with the local authorities for placing the Young Adults into their service appropriately.
• Overall running of the home including budgeting and service user satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2 years experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager of a Young Peoples Service ages 8-18 with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted Regulations
• Level 5 Qualification in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People)
• Proven track record with Good to Outstanding with Ofsted
