Top Job recruitment is currently looking for an experienced children's home manager to work in a beautiful home in Chelmsford.
A registered manager is accountable for delivering a high quality of care to children and young people living at the service. Role and Responsibilities-
Caring for Children with learning disabilities and/or sensory needs.
Maintain the highest possible standard of childcare.
Ensure the children, staff and home is safe and remains safe at all times.
Develop and maintain working relationships with the children's family and friends.
Record budget activity and follow administrative and financial procedures.
Manage performance and development by using regular staff supervision and annual appraisals.
Develop staff training programs in line with the home's requirements.
To schedule and participate in staff meetings.
Skills and Qualifications-
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care services.
2 years of deputy/ senior residential Child Care Worker.
Safeguarding and Child Protection.
Experience in supervising staff.
Leadership Skills.
Full UK Driving License.
