Top Job Recruitment is looking for a registered general nurse for a residential care home in Colchester. 

As a registered general nurse, you will support the care team to provide the best care to the residents of the home. 

Job Role

• Provide care to patients and residents while following their care plan set by their doctor. 
• Record observations. 
• Maintain accurate records of residents' care and medication. 
• Carry out risk assessments.
• Manage stock and supplies. 
• Assist with complaints from patients or their families. 
• Monitor residents' diet and exercise.

Skills Required

• 3 years in a residential setting (desirable)
• Current registration with the NMC. 
• IV Skills including syringe drivers.
• Experience writing accurate records.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• IT Skills.
• Able to work calmly in a crisis.
