Job Description:

• Provide person-centered nursing care to elderly residents, ensuring their well-being, choice, and dignity are maintained.
• Collaborate with a skilled nursing team, providing clinical leadership and mentoring to care staff.
• Deliver high-quality, skilled care in accordance with established clinical standards and guidelines.
• Uphold the philosophy of prioritizing residents' needs, preferences, and rights in all aspects of their care.
• Create a warm, safe, and comfortable environment that respects residents' privacy and individuality.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
• Clinical experience working with older people or similar clinical categories within Social Care or the NHS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to providing compassionate care and promoting the well-being of elderly residents.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
