Job Descriptions :-

1. It is very essential to deliver and provide high standards of nursing to the patients .
2. One of the main roles of the RGN is to look after the social , psychological and physical needs of the resident .
3. To have knowledge and understanding of infection control policies and procedures .
4. To work in line with the CQC guidelines .
5. To also ensure that the residents have access to all medical , social and other workers as required .
6. To have experience and training in end of life , medication , syringe drivers , taking blood , suction , dressing wounds , catheterization .

1. End of life training

6. Dressing wounds
7. Catheterization ( Male and female )
8. Very essential to have DBS
