Top Job Recruitment is currently looking for a Registered Manager to start up a new Childrens home on the outskirts of Chelmsford.

We are currently working with a well established independently run children’s company.

Our client is open to speaking to anyone with Ofsted experience who has been either a registered manager or deputy manager of a children’s home.

The new home will be 4 beds supporting children with learning disabilities from the ages of 8-18.

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing a team of staff to support the children on a daily basis.
Manage the home within compliance of Ofsted and build a “good” or “outstanding” rating.
Protect the children from harm in and outside the home.
Overall running of the home with support of director and HR team.
Make sure supervisions and disciplinary’s are done where needed.
