Top Job Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager, for a small supported living service in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex.

Our client is looking for someone who has experience as a Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Challenging Behaviours, ideally with a Level 5 in Leadership and Management. 

The role

• Manage colleagues through recruitment, training and development, and performance reviews.
• Undertake monthly Quality Assessment Audits in line with CQC requirements.
• Manage delegated budgets and prepare financial reporting.
• Maintain close contact with families and colleagues as appropriate.
• Implement, monitor, and contribute to joint initiatives (e.g. Person Centred Plans, Health Action Plans)
