Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Registered Manager for an existing Therapeutic Children's Home in Bromley, London.
A high salary is on the offer of £60,000 per annum with a welcome bonus of £5,000. Also, a quarterly bonus of £12,000 to be earned on top of all of this depending on occupancy!
Join an expanding company, opening three homes in 2021 with a further three in 2022, creating opportunities for progression and development into area roles or senior management.
Experience: The Registered Manager should have experience of: • Experience in management skills of children, staff & service resources • Experience of working with abused children in a residential setting • Experience in facilitating, organising and directing & developing teams • Experience in using childcare Standards & best practise models to guide decision making
