Top Job Recruitment are currently looking for Day and Night Nurses for our client based in Worcestershire.

Our client is an established company with strong knowledge with Dementia Care and provide 24/7 Care to Residents.

Candidates will need to be confident at working within a residential setting to provide the best quality of care to each individual.

Job role

• Night Nurse – £18.50PH
• To be a member of a team of Care workers with a total commitment to agreed standards of care, ensuring that all residents are given security and support and the opportunity to maximise their independence, dignity and choice.
• To have a commitment to ensuring that all residents receive security, support and dedicated care within a traditional family environment, whilst maintaining close links with the outside family members and community.
• To ensure the clinical welfare of the residents at all times
• Responsible to the Registered Manager

Requirements

• Applicants are required to have previous experience of working within an Elderly Residential or similar environment
• Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse, it would be desirable to have a working knowledge of mental health issues but not essential as training will be given
• Organised
• Flexible
• Caring
• Sensitive to needs of others and the sick and infirm
• Active team player but also able to work on own initiative
• A good communicator
