Top Job Recruitment are currently looking for Children Support Workers on behalf of our client based in Harwich to work with Young People with behavioural problems

This is a brand new children's service and is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker/ Deputy to start and progress within. 

• Experience with working in the care industry and willing to learn to work with young people
• Ideal for Support Workers looking to work with young people
• Candidates will need to be confident at working independently or with another member of staff
• You will be Supporting children to become independent

Requirements

• Applicants are required to have previous experience providing Care/Support or willing to learn
• Experienced with challenging behaviours. 
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Children & Young People or willing to study towards
• Having a kind and caring nature
• Driver with Access to a Vehicle
• Flexibility to work a variety of long days and sleep ins
• Successful candidates will be offered pay reviews
