Top Job Recruitment are currently looking for Residential Team Leaders for two Children’s Homes specialising with Young People ages 11 – 17 years with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties based in Hitchin & Bedford.
Assist the Manager to have responsibility for the management of services, including staff management and supervisions, care and placement planning, safeguarding, communications, report writing and monitoring quality and compliance.
Job role
· Residential Team Leader
· Role is 37.5 hours per week
· Working with children, young people, and their families in a residential setting
Requirements
· Full UK driving licence
· Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services; or equivalent; or a preparedness to work towards the same
· Experience working within residential care
· DBS on update service
